Let's be Environmentally Responsible!

GREEN Builders know you need to invest upfront, to save on the Life Cycle cost of the building.  By going GREEN, owners are more fiscally responsible for the long term, and realizing that the maintenance and utility cost of a building makes up 80% of its Life Cycle cost, the GREEN owner is making a statement they are environmentaly responsible and resource efficient. "While the environmental and human health benefits of green building have been widely recognized, this comprehensive report confirms that minimal increases in upfront costs of about 2% to support green design would, on average, result in life cycle savings of 20% of total construction costs -- more than ten times the initial investment. For example, an initial upfront investment of up to $100,000 to incorporate green building features into a $5 million project would result in a savings of $1 million in today's dollars over the life of the building." 1

How WE can help YOU be Environmentally Responsible

Our Employees take great pride in how our buildings affect our environment.  We have experienced, skilled staff that will help LEED the team to sustainable success!  Our teams will make the Green Building Process easy and rewarding wether the LEED rating system or others are used.  We utilize a multitude of proprietary systems that help our teams track and communicate about the products and methods we are using to construct the building, from VOC Content to tracking recycled construction waste diverted from landfills.
