Methodology

Our safety plan is designed for your project.

• Each plan is site specific and is used every day.

• We diligently investigate and collaborate with each sub about their specific site safety plan, which starts during the Pre-construction core sessions for the trade contractor's work.

• Safety discussions continue at the weekly on-site safety meetings and will include special safety sessions prior to any overhead or scaffolding work.  We provide engineered lifting plans and excavation plans as required.

• We partner with the Oklahoma Department of Labor and welcome their cooperative OSHA consultation service to help us maintain full compliance.

• Kent Dalrymple is our Safety Director. Even though our on-site superintendent and project manager are responsible to implement and enforce our on-site safety program, Mr. Dalrymple provides weekly safety inspections along with an extra set of very experienced eyes for quality assurance.

• Our pro-active safety program will help prevent accidental injuries, damages to property, and loss of time.

• We have never incurred an accident that caused serious injuries or death.
