Ditch Witch
New Dealership's Office and Shop Facility

Ditch Witch of Oklahoma hired CMSWillowbrook to construct the largest dealership in the United States to date.  Phase 1 consisted of a large site work package for drainage and grading of 3 separate parcels of land for this facility as well as two additional developments.  The upper parcel houses the dealership with retaining walls that measure nearly 30' in height.  The structure includes a large show room, offices, training rooms, a safe room, and maintenance bays.  The maintenance building includes multiple bridge crane lines, secure parts storage, and staff locker rooms.


Vox Printing

The expansion to VOX Printing facilities included space for new web and digital press areas that included automated printing lines. A large modern conference area was constructed, along with supervisor offices, warehouse and storage areas, a break room and complete fitness center with racquetball court, locker rooms and shower facilities.

Manufacturing & Research Facility

New manufacturing facility and research laboratory.  The manufacturing area houses production equipment, a shipping and receiving area, a research laboratory with wet and dry containment and a gaseous experimental containment station.  The corporate offices consist of administrative and sales offices, common areas and a research library.

Addition to Facility

DESIGN-BUILD

CMSWillowbrook won the design-build competition to provide a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered metal building for expansion and retrofit.  The existing facility was a fully operational manufacturing plant during construction.  New interior pallet racking system was installed for storage, along with extensive HVAC, energy management, and re-tooling for fabrication.

Emergy Tornado Restoration

GENERAL CONTRACT

Construction services for emergency repairs to the warehouse/distribution center after being hit by a tornado. The facility had to remain operational while repairs were being made.
