RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS
STATE OF OKLAHOMA

CMSWillowbrook renovated the 1966 Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation Building. It is the headquarters for the State of Oklahoma's Wildlife Department. The project consists of a 13,635-square-foot addition to the main building and a separate 7,825 square foot warehouse. This project features a unique outdoor reflecting pond, three indoor dioramas, an outdoor kitchen, and a large atrium with a glass elevator.

The team at CMSWillowbrook is great to work with. Not having ever been involved in a project of this scope everyone on the team is very friendly and willing to talk through any issues that arise. I am also very impressed with the responsiveness from everyone. With the project having 38 contracts and being one of the largest bid openings in Oklahoma in several years, the timeliness in issuing the contracts was very impressive.
