The Federal Building was a two-story interior renovation of the historic federal post office facility in Chickasha, Oklahoma. The restoration met Oklahoma Historical Society SHPO standards and requirements. Major portions of the contract were dedicated to marble floor and ornamental plaster restoration completed with the assistance of local artisans and industry craftsmen. Period millwork, trim, and faux finishes were created to complement and match existing architecture.

CMSWillowbrook received the “Oklahoma Builder of the Year” award from the AGC of Oklahoma based on three historic preservation projects, including the Chickasha Federal Building restoration.
