Oklahoma City Municipal Courts Complex is a new three story, 70,000 square foot, facility for the City of Oklahoma City. It will serve the Oklahoma City residents with 6 courtrooms. The complex will host office and meeting space for the Courts Administration, Marshalls, Prosecution and numerous other City services associated with the Municipal Courts. The complex combines traditional design with modern features. The grand staircase and 3 story atrium greet you when entering the building. The space is conditioned with a highly efficient chilled beam HVAC system that is fed from the Central Plant in downtown OKC. The electrical systems and robust backup generator provides redundancy, uninterrupted business and peace of mind. The latest use of technology and communications for security, court scheduling and ease of doing business is incorporated into the complex. All courtrooms are accented and finished with custom wood millwork, natural stone and acoustical panels. An exterior aluminum and glass storefront combined with CSMU, brick, composite metal and aluminum cornice complete the exterior for a clean look. FIRST NATIONAL BANK & TRUST
MAIN BRANCH RENOVATION

This Design-Build project is an historic renovation of one of the oldest buildings in Chickasha, Oklahoma. The project is being constructed in phases as we work with the customer to continue normal bank operations throughout construction. Upgrades include demolition and backfill of abandoned teller stairwells and exterior upgrades, including a more customer friendly drive-through, construction of a new, modern elevator and safety compliant stairwell, complete renovation of the original 1931 building, 1966 addition and 1989 additions. Upgrades include new ADA compliant rest-rooms, a new breakroom, offices and modern teller pods, and a secure teller work area. The second floor footbridge, installed in the mid 1970’s has been removed, opening up the view of the beautiful historic ceiling details of the original building. Additionally, the original marble floors have been exposed and will be restored. The building is undergoing complete electrical and HVAC overhauls in the 1931 & 1966 buildings, bringing those systems up to code, and new LED lighting and flooring are being installed throughout. Once construction is complete, this beautiful, historic building will be up to code and also undergo an interior facelift that will showcase historic elements along with functional spaces and modern décor, displaying an image worthy of its longstanding heritage in the Chickasha community.

2012 SALES TAX RENEWAL PROJECTS

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK

CMSWillwobrook was hired in April 2013 to provide construction management services for a the series of four projects associated with a 2012 sales tax resolution for City of Del City.  These projects had a combined budget of $8.5 million and consisted of a Women’s Veterans Monument, a new Public Works Administration Building and Vehicle Maintenance Remodel, a Post Office Remodel, and a new Fire Station No. 1.

WOMEN'S VETERAN'S MEMORIAL

The Women's Veteran Monument, is the second largest of its type in the country.  Entry to the monument is by a ramp lined with granite walls on each side ascending to monument level with water features, surrounded by bench height granite walls.  The centerpiece of the monument is five servicewomen in dress uniform, representing each branch of the armed forces, facing outward holding hands, symbolizing strength and unity between them to form a stronghold of liberty around an American Flag.  Beyond, this, sitting by the reflecting pool, is a national guard uniformed woman speaking with a little girl symbolizing the legacy of future generations of service women.

POST OFFICE LOBBY REMODEL

4,100 SQUARE FEET

The remodel of this post office included providing a new vestibule entrance to allow for ADA accessiblity. Additionally, the entire lobby finishes were upgraded including new flooring, ceilings, paint, lighting, HVAC, and front counter casework.

NEW PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING & VEHICLE MAINTENANCE RENOVATION

This project consisted of a new facility to house the Del City Public Works department. It includes plenty of office and meeting space as well as locker rooms.  Additionally, this facility has a hardened administrative area with a backup emergency generator to ensure the staff and department is able to function through a natural disaster. Additionally, this project included the much needed remodel of the vehicle maintenance building including the addition of new LED lighting and infrared heating to allow the vehicles to be serviced through all seasons.

NEW CENTRAL FIRE STATION

Michael Clinton Hope Memorial Fire Station consits of a 17,000 sq. ft. new construction state of the art faciltiy in the heart of Del City, Oklahoma. It was made possible by the approval of a municipal issue bond in 2012.  The project consists of a 2-story brick and limestone facade with EIFS accents.  The building will house 4 vehilce bays along with sleeping quaters and amenites such as an exercise room and commercial kitchen for the brave indviduals that will call Station #1 home.

NATIONAL REINING HORSE ASSOCIATION

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT VALUE ENGINEERING

The headquarter facilities for the National Reining Horse Association are now located in the former US Army Reserve building situated on the State Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City. Originally constructed in the early 1960’s, this adaptive reuse project included structural reinforcement to meet modern building codes and allow major interior demolition to accommodate the needs of a modern, technology-enabled office facility. CMSWillowbrook worked closely with both the NRHA and the property owner to develop a construction program that matched the tenant’s long-term space needs with the owner’s finance and lease structure, providing a lasting solution for both parties. Construction delivery was provided through a design-build agreement. CMSWillowbrook selected an architectural firm acceptable to all parties and provided comprehensive, single source services from permitting, through construction and tenant build-out, all the way to tenant move-in.


Chickasaw Nation Oklahoma City Regional Office

Originally built in 1967, CMSWIllowbrook teams managed restorations of this previously dilapidated precast double-T located at 4001 North Lincoln in Oklahoma City to serve as a regional office for the Chickasaw Nation.The building was demo'd all the way down to the structure before teams began a build-back that included office spaces, break rooms, conference rooms, and a prep kitchen. Interior finishes include multiple colors of granite, natural slate floors, ceramic and glass tiles, quartz, mahogany, and cherry. Multiple areas also included crown moulding and wood flooring, and two Executive Conference Rooms were outfitted with state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities. The building was also retrofitted with a brand new elevator.
