  • Multi-Purpose Fine Arts Auditorium and GymnasiumChickasha Public School

    Pre-construction and Construction Phase Services for a new multi-purpose gymnasium and auditorium. Built on a tiered site, the auditorium level opens up to a glass-walled lobby overlooking the upper level of seating for the gymnasium. The auditorium includes seating for 1,000, and the gymnasium provides chair-back and bench type seating for 2,000.

  • Turf & TrackMid-Del Public Schools

    CMSWillowbrook is the Construction Manager for Mid-Del Public Schools. Services included preparation of proposal documents for a turn-key contract to provide new artificial turf and track for three high schools, and two practice fields in the Mid-Del district. Demolition and construction were performed simultaneously on all five projects, with 120 days to complete the primary fields. Projects additionally included new field, new track timing systems, electrical and plumbing renovations, new drainage under fields, new fencing, flagpoles, security cameras, end-zone cameras, and sleeve embeds for TV camera stands, goal-post, and time clocks.

  • Arena and Convocation CenterCity of Durant, Southeastern OSU

    CMSWillowbrook provided Pre-construction and construction phase services for a new athletic  area and convocation center for Southeastern  Oklahoma State University  in partnership with the City of Durant.

    The new multi-purpose arena is designed to seat 3,000.  The facility consists of a bi-level  arena, upper level lobby commons areas, and concession facilities.  The lower level includes locker rooms, athletic workout areas, and storage rooms.

    CMSWillowbrook performed the pre-construction and construction phase services for the construction of a new 30 acre satellite campus.  The facility provides needed space for a Pre-Engineering Academy, a new Biomedical technology program and 22 career training programs currently offered at other locations.

  • New Automotive Technology CenterMetro Technology District

    The new Metro-Tech Automotive Service Technology Center is a two-story facility consisting of approximately 35,000 square feet of automotive service space. The radial architecture allows for the design of 30 car or truck service bays, and one wash bay.  The upper level of the building offers 4 regular classrooms, four computer lab classrooms, administration, conference rooms, and a semi-round lecture hall with a demonstration stage platform large enough to accommodate a tractor-trailer.  The lower level contains the tiered seating, service bays, wash bay, break rooms, locker rooms, parts & storage areas under the tiered seating, and restrooms.

    A multi-story conference center which includes state of the art communications, A/V and security systems, a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, tiered seating lecture hall, multi-purpose rooms, pre-function areas, business center, management offices, exhibit hall designed as storm shelter, and large commercial kitchen.   • Trinity Church of the NazareneSanctuary Addition

    In 1935, 34 members were organized into Murphys Chapel Church of the Nazarene. Eleven years later the name was changed to Trinity, and the congregation has grown into one of the most vibrant Nazarene churches in America. Trinity serves South Oklahoma City and is still growing. With help from CMSWillowbrook, the worship space was enlarged to provide a sanctuary with seating capacity of 1000, new classrooms, administrative offices, a lounge and a lobby. Within the sanctuary is a baptistery and choir room.

    Through pre-construction and construction services, First Freewill Baptist Church was able to create a multi-functional two-story worship facility, minimizing costly changes thorough effective  planning for the future.   • Grady Memorial Hospital - Master PlanNew ER Addition / New Home Health

    CMSWillowbrook has served Grady Memorial Hospital as Construction Manager since 1985.  The Master Planned Projects included multiple phases of renovation using swing space to construct major projects such as:  New Emergency Room Addition, New Transitional Care and Respiratory Therapy Addition, and a Separate Home Health Facility on the hospital campus.  All projects were completed under budget and on schedule with occupied facilities. 

    “Joint Commission Inspections during the construction reported zero violations to the hospital, and commended the construction management staff on their attention to detail and sensitivity for  the patient’s needs. “

  • Christian Care Assisted Living Center

    A multi-phased aging care facility, the assisted living center is attached to the Christian Care Retirement Village constructed by CMSWillowbrook in the 1980’s.  The new Assisted Living Center includes 34 single occupancy resident style apartments, and 8 two bedroom units with kitchenettes, central cafeteria and dining room, common areas and special events rooms.

    Pre-construction and Construction phase services for the restoration and rehabilitation of the first building constructed on the OSU campus. Pre-construction services included an early foundation restoration package and rehabilitation of the three story interior and exterior structure. The project consisted of office space, small group study areas, classrooms for the Honor's College, and renovation of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural improvements, keeping in context with the historic significance of the facility.

    Pre-Construction and Construction phase services for the renovation of Murray Hall Dormitory. The project consisted of the interior and exterior renovation of Murray Hall from the existing five story residence hall into offices, classrooms, laboratories, a 146-seat subgrade tiered lecture hall with a roof top terrace and support spaces for the College of Arts and Sciences. The renovation included work in 4 stories and a sub-grade basement.

  • CETES Facility - Center for Emerging Technology & Entrepreneurial StudiesPhase I and II - Cameron University

    Construction phase services for renovation/addition. The building lies in the center of the Cameron University campus and includes two floors of totally remodeled space in an existing building, with plans for two newly constructed wings. The facility houses: Dedicated technology incubator space, computer systems and support service, academic lecture halls, academic and incubator offices, conference and networking center with theater, break-out rooms, dining facilities, and communications and teleconferencing facilities.

  • Grady County Fair Grounds Additions and Renovations

    The Grady County Fairgrounds project included 100,000 SF of additions, new construction, and renovations. The main pavilion included the renovation of a historical WPA armory. The original structure was preserved and a pre-engineered addition was added to the south.  The existing community building was renovated, and while the armory building was being preserved, another 50,000 SF pre-engineered arena was added to the south.

  • Delta-Faucet, Inc.Addition to Facility

    CMSWillowbrook won the design-build competition to provide a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered metal building for expansion and retrofit.  The existing facility was a fully operational manufacturing plant during construction.  New interior pallet racking system was installed for storage, along with extensive HVAC, energy management, and re-tooling for fabrication.

  • AK Freightways

    New construction of a freight terminal, parking, and storage facility. The 36,000 SF terminal included 48 loading docks, with electrical and hydraulic lifts.  The terminal is designed to accommodate warehouse shipping and inventory control systems and an approximately 1,200 SF administrative office.  Also built on site is an approximately 3,600 SF maintenance facility, fuel storage and fueling center.

  • Stephens County Fairgrounds

    This project consisted of the renovation of 5 pavilion, livestock and community center buildings, along with the procurement of all pens, gates and fencing for livestock shows.  We constructed a new 24,000 SF arena, which included the installation of de-mountable railings for rodeos.

  • Chickasha Fire Station

    This project was a Design-Build project with CMSWillowbrook serving as the CM for the City. The New Main Fire Station consist of a 14,000 SF building, housing drive-through apparatus bays and one standard back in bay. Also included is a meeting room and general office space along with community training space with separate entryway.  Individual bunk/sleeping rooms are provided in addition to separate captain quarters.

    The structure is pre-engineered metal building on slab-on-grade foundation.  The building is covered by standing seam roof and horizontal metal siding.  The building is equipped with backup emergency generators for storm events along with a storm shelter to protect communications and personnel.

    New construction of a 21,000 SF concrete tilt up maintenance facility.  The project included a new terminal for city vehicles, fuels storage and fueling bay, and interior wash bay.  It also included new locker rooms, conference rooms, and administrative offices.

  • Office of The Attorney GeneralSolomon-Layton Building - State of Oklahoma

    Pre-construction and construction phase services for the construction of a new 60,000 square foot, three-story office complex for the State Attorney General's staff and support services.  The new tower is adjacent to the Solomon-Layton Building, the historical physical plant for the State Capitol.  The Solomon-Layton Building is 5,000 square feet  and was historically renovated to house the offices of the Attorney general using State Historic Preservation Standards (SHPO).

  • Oklahoma Supreme Court Judicial Center- Phase II

    Construction Management at Risk and historical renovation services for the interior and exterior of the Wiley Post Building, including interior completion of the new addition to house the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

    Construction consists of exterior renovation and interior demolition, renovation of  3 stories plus the lower level, interior finish-out of the new 3 story addition, and construction of a connecting lobby.  The completed facility houses the offices, courtrooms, judges' chambers, conference and briefing rooms, technical, administration and file storage space.  Data Center, parking and M/E/P systems comprise the lower levels. The Data Center occupies 3,000 square feet with raised floor, dedicated M/E/P emergency backup, and a vacuum sealed environment with clean agent Sapphire System.

  • Oklahoma Office of State FinanceNew Office and Data Center

    CMSWillowbrook provided pre-construction and construction phase services for a new Office of State Finance and Data Center.  Project includes offices, support space, and a sub-grade bermed center for data storage.

    This project is a 90,000 square foot , Tier II and Tier III data center, with sub-grade structural cast-in-place concrete rated for 310 MPH winds.  Mechanical, electrical, and generator rooms are enclosed for protection and security .  Project includes a 10,000 square foot raised floor computer room rated at 100 pounds/SF critical load, and 10,000 square foot additional shell space.

  • Grady County Law Enforcement

    The Grady County Tower is a multi-story (94’) detention facility.  It contains 218 beds, a full kitchen, County Sheriff’s Offices, and 911 Emergency Center.  The adjacent Work Release Center is a minimum-security facility capable of housing 60 inmates.

  • New Early Childhood CenterChickasha Public Schools

    Pre-construction and Construcion Phase Services for a new Early Childhood Center. The design and construction of this project consists of a theme based on the Chisholm Trail. Many unique design elements and materials were incorporated to reflect the Chisholm Trail. Project is designed to be energy efficient and contains a geothermal system, and low flow plumbing fixtures. The overall design is based upon a "pod-concept" classroom layout, and the additions of a kitchen and dining area, media center, gymnasium, stage, and playground. A new enclosed corridor connects this new center to an existing elementary school.

  • Oakdale Public SchoolsMultiple Projects

    Pre-construction and Construction Phase services for a multiple additions and renovations. Scopes include new campus-wide utilities consisting of a high efficiency geo-thermal system, a new fire-loop, a new road and upgraded parking. The district has a steady growth of enrollment. In order to accommodate the growth, we have worked with the district to upgrade playgrounds, and expand a number of classrooms, athletic facilities and parking. When the district was devastated by a tornado in the summer of 2003, we immediately responded to coordinate portable classrooms, permits and utilities until repairs could be complete.

  • Pauls Valley Jr. High SchoolPauls Valley Public Schools

    Phased restoration of a historically significant three-story brick building constructed as a high school in 1919. The building contained extensive restoration for basement level waterproofing, repair of concrete structure, plaster walls and ceilings, and new elevator, chair lift, MEP, and ADA compliance requirements. Phase one consisted of demolition and renovation to the basement and first floor, and the first 30 geo-thermal wells. Phase II included renovation of the second floor, construction of a new kitchen, and completion of the geo-thermal well field.
