Projects for the University include ongoing services since 1974 for  renovation, additions and new construction of dormitories, classroom buildings, gymnasium and athletic facilities, Student Center renovation and various miscellaneous projects including complete HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Electrical and ADA renovations to the historical Sparks Hall and Gary Hall.
