Construction Management
Construction management (CM) allows for better control of a project's time, cost and quality. It is a specialized project-management process which oversees every step of construction. CM reduces conflict between owners and contractors.

  • CM replaces the general contractor during the construction phase
  • CM continues after construction is complete

Design-Build
Design-Build is a project delivery method which combines architectural and engineering design services with construction performance under one contract. One entity – the design-build team – works with the project owner to deliver complete design and construction services.

Program Management
Program management uses construction management principals to deliver capital improvement programs for multiple projects. CM services are used to integrate the different aspects of the construction process - planning, design, procurement, construction and activation - for the purpose of providing standardized technical and management expertise on each project.

General Contract
General contracting completes construction projects at a set price for a predefined scope of work. The general contractor generally does not participate in the design, pre-planning or post-construction phases.
