The approximately 30,000 SF grocery store CMSWillowbrook built includes an array of fresh offerings such as organic fruits and vegetables, freshly baked breads, a custom butcher shop, fresh ready- to- eat deli foods, wine and beer by the glass and a drive- thru pharmacy. The store has indoor and outdoor seating near the grab-and- go prepared foods. The outdoor seating is near service outlets for food trucks. This Homeland consists of polished concrete floors, and part of the interior building is constructed of structural steel.
