NEW AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER
CMSWillowbrook built this beautiful, two-story medical office building designed for out-patient endoscopic medical procedures in Tulsa, OK. The first floor clinic includes doctors' offices, exam rooms, colonoscopy procedure rooms, pre-op and patient recovery rooms, pathology laboratory, and infusion room. Business offices are located on the second floor.
The exterior finish is made up of Cementitious Panels from Switzerland (Swisspearl Panels). They come pre-cut in a paint by number kind of pattern. GSI is the first building in OK to have them installed and the cost was about $750,000. They took about three months to install from start to finish.
