Mid- Del Public Schools Bond 35

BOND 35

CMSWillowbrook was hired for Mid-Del Public Schools $135 million bond in 2018. We performed pre-bond planning and promotion services, including coordinating several architects. The projects include storm shelters, various additions/renovations, athletic facility improvements, performing arts centers additions/renovations and drainage. There were 5 re-roof projects (part of district wide re-roof).

All projects ran simultaneously: Schwartz Elementary, Del City PAC, Carl Albert PAC, Midwest City PAC, Midwest City Middle School, Del City Middle School, Carl Albert Middle School, Darnell Stadium at Rose Field for Midwest City High School, Kalsu Stadium for Del City High School, Harris Stadium for Carl Albert High School, Townsend Elementary, Parkview Elementary, and Pleasant Hill Elementary
